Turning on and off, is usually a sign of the power supply electrolytic capacitors having a high ESR. Testing ESR requires an actual ESR meter, but you can open it up and visually inspect them still. If the tops have dommed, they need replacing. This is usually the main cause of TV issues, but being dim could indicate a bad LCD driver board.

Hey mate, it might be more then just a fuse. The fuse is mearly there to cut power and prevent a fire under fault conditions. There are also two fuses in microwaves. A 110/240v mains fuse and also a 5kv fuse on the transformer. Such condition can be a burn out magnatron, transformer, HV rectifier diode or HV capacitor. I'd recommend visibly inspecting and also testing the components. BE CAREFUL though. The HV capacitor can hold charge for a long time and can kill you. Make sure you discharge it safely. To open the microwave, you'll need a PH No.2 screwdriver and possibly a security Torx 10 screwdriver. There will be 4-8 screws on the back and 1-2 screws on the side. Once they are removed, pull the case towards the back and lift it. The mains fuse will be on a PCB where the mains cable enters the microwave. Hey mate, this issue would be the fan's bearings. They are either not lubricated enough or dying. Try 2-3 drops of oil on the bearings, either side of the fan. If this doesnt fix it, you'll need to replace the fan.

Oh boy. Straight off I can offer solutions/causes for some if these issues,. Rough idle is usually due to a dirty carburetor or throttle body and/or a dirty air filter. Cleaning the carburetor/throttle body and checking/replacing the air filter should rectify or help with that issue. However it could be due to a number of issues. Rough idle can for the most part be fixed at home. I'll have to look at stalling with heat on. Slow acceleration is in part caused again by carburetor/throttle body issues or air intake issues. Again can be fixed at home Water ingres can be bad rubber seals or rust hole related and would need you to look at. Seals can be done at home, rust holes unless you have a mig or tig welder, will need to be done at a shop. Power loss and battery guage dropping indicates a dying alternator and/or batter. Can be done at home. Window issue is probably a bad rindow regulator or slides. Most likely just needs degreasing and lubricating. Can be done at home Wiper would probably be a dead wiper...

Hey mate, have you tried inserting different discs? Sometimes this issue can be caused by one faulty disk. If not, you might have a disc drive read error. This is almost always a hardware issue. If the Wii is now out of warranty, this is what you can do, and works most times. Open the Wii up and remove the disc drive. Now open the disc drive casing and check for any foreign objects in it (e.g. coins, bugs, plastic etc). Next, clean the disc drive with compressed air and also clean the laser lens. To do this, first spray it with compressed air to remove any large build ups of dust etc. Next you'll need to use a cotten bud and rubbing/isopropyl alcohol, and clean the lens that way.
