Born in a deep village in East Africa. Owned a pair of shoe at the age of 12. Saw a computer for my first time at the age of 18 and loved it though i wasn't allowed to touch it but i knew deep in myself that i will one day be a Computer expert.
Moved from East Africa and relocated to South Africa in Cape town at the age of 24 and the rest is history. I own a Computer Repair Business in Cape Town.
Though never had a chance to go to college, i have managed to go to the University of the Western Cape for a Bsc Computer Science degree and i am currently (2017) in 3rd year and left with one year to be the first Computer Degree graduate from my village! I have learnt that anything is possible no matter what circumstances.
I am married to an awesome wife (Monica) we have twin girls 11year, 2 boys 5yrs and the new born (06/07/2017) 12days old.

Answer to "Not turning on after battery replacement."Dear Jasper, I suspect wrong battery model replaced. Be sure to get the exact battery with the same APN number as the old battery. Good Luck!
Answer to "Why is my iPhone left side screen not responding"Dear Abdulsalam, That will be a screen digitiser at fault. Get it replaced and all should be good. Good Luck!
Answer to "Loudspeaker is working but is quite soft"Hi Teri-Anne, Loud speaker softness is mostly an effect of dirt that slowly piles up through the small openings on the loud speakers. The fact that you suspect spilling pasta sauce is also something to consider. Suggested solution: Get a soft brush and carefully clean the speakers by inserting the brush pointers inside the speakers and then try to shake out the dirt as you clean. If that doesn't help, then the effect could be sticky onto the speakers front affecting the sound. This will require disassembling the phone, taking out the speakers and cleaning them. This Guide will help. Good Luck!
Answer to "Why is my new screen unresponsive"Dear Anna, I have had 2 similar issues in the past and the first one was a ribbon connecting cable that was possibly dirty. I disassembled the device, cleaned the ribbon cable with isopropyl-alcohol left it to dry, reassembled and boom! it worked. The second time got in the same situation, tried my usual trick but it never worked. Sent back the display assembly to my supplier who confirmed that it was the actual display assembly at fault. Sent me a new one and it worked instantly. Worst case scenario would be the display chip though unusual. I would suggest that you begin with cleaning the display ribbon and see what happens. Good luck!
