It seems unlikely to be a thermal (fan) problem, given that you say it sometimes shuts off when you pick it up. Does it shut off regardless of where you are holding the laptop, or only if you are holding the laptop in a particular spot? I'm guessing the latter, so my guess is that there is a loose or broken wire or connector inside the laptop, possibly near where you are holding it. Since you've already taken it apart to replace the thermal past, I would take the bottom cover off, turn the laptop on, and (carefully, and while wearing an anti-static strap) put pressure on the various parts in the area where you were holding it locate the loose or broken connector/wire. There's no guarantee this will do the trick, but it may help you narrow down the location of the fault. If you find a loose connector, just snap it back in, otherwise you may need to replace a cable or solder a broken connector or wire. QUESTION: When it "just happens,": 1) Are you actively using the laptop, especiallly are your hands on the...

続きを読むYou might try a laser printer cleaning page, but it's likely the toner cartridge and/or the fuser. Ricoh's service manual gives a number of diagnostics. Use the link or search for "Ricoh 5510L service manual," find the "Troubleshooting" section and step through the possible issues and resolutions.
続きを読むDo you have an external power adapter for the camera? If yes, have you tried connecting the power adapter to the camera and then turning it on? You've charged the battery, yes? How old is the battery? If it is as old as the camera it may not be any good. Amazingly, my Sony DSC-H50 allows the battery to be inserted in reverse, so make sure you have yours inserted correctly.
続きを読むIn my experience this is caused by a damaged/loose ribbon cable that connects between the display panel (the actual glass) and it's associated circuit board. These circuit boards are typically under a metal shield at the edges of the display with other cables connecting the circuit board to the mainboard. It is the cable between the mainboard and the secondary circuit board that you likely reattached. Although unlikely, you may be able to locate the loose connection by squeezing/pushing on the edges of the display (with the rear cover removed, not the metal shields). If you find the location of the loose cable AND you can figure a way to clamp/shim the cable/connector it MIGHT fix the pink line. If you can't find and fix the loose connection you'll need to either live with the pink line, replace the entire display panel or get a new TV.
続きを読むI got the camera apart (Thank you, @how_its_fixed!) and found that the ribbon cable between the main board and the viewfinder has several broken traces as shown below. For perversity's sake, pics were taken with the camera itself.
