Personally, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to pick up a device like a laptop with one hand especially by the corner of the keyboard, as it can stretch the components on the inside. I’ve experienced this myself a few times, and stopped picking up laptops with one hand because I believe it’s from what I mentioned above. I believe it’s a structural weakness, similar to grabbing a piece of bread by the corner. I don’t know the specifics of your device, but I’ve experienced similarities with HP and Apple laptops. I’m not sure the specifics of your laptop, if the blue screen is stuck? Or if it’s just when you are grabbing it like you mentioned above? Also if it’s glitching in your lap it could be a heat issue?

You probably just need a recharge kit to refill the a/c, you can go to any local Walmart, or auto zone and buy a recharge kit. If it’s just one of the vents, you can prob pop the hood and follow the vent and see if there is a hole or blockage, sometimes birds and vermin like to build nests in car engine compartments, or remove the vent and see if paper or something is stuck in it. Your question does not have many specifics, like ; “do all the other vents blow cold air? Or if your vehicle has a warranty or if the vehicle was purchased used, if the vehicle is new you can take it to the dealership and get it fixed for free under warranty, if it was used same thing can apply.
