Ok, water damage is usually solved with isopropyl alcool in most of the cases. By the way if the water has corroded some lcd pin its obvious the connector is permanently damaged. Ya rice is good but not enough. The method i always use is to disassemble the phone and wash the motherboard with 99% isopropyl alcool. 100% guaranteed it will work again.
