try to disconnect your battery, wait for 1 minute, then reconnect the battery... dont use any wall charger over than 0.5A or 500mAH hope this can solve your problem if still cannot charge, maybe your battery should be replace with a new one or your mouse having MCU problem ... good luck
it seems your 1st pin on your right switch pcb in trouble....try to clean it first and repost the picture, maybe it still any path rest so you can solder it again to the rest....or you can try to 'break' the pcb (really careful and DWYOR), and you can find the path then you can try to jumper it via jumper wire....goodluck
