Finally, replaced the cracked screen on my iPad 5th generation. Only took about 4hrs, less time than when I replaced my bf's iPad Pro 12.9" smashed screen. Had a bit of a problem at the beginning since the iOpener and the suction didn't quite work, but used a small flat screwdriver instead to open a gap. And then putting the Home button back was a bit challenging, but when I finally replaced the screen and turned on the iPad, everything worked! Yay! I do agree with some of you regarding the reassemble part's reverse order. I need step-by-step instructions on replacing everything! But luckily, everything worked out fine this time. Thank you!
