The NFC antenna was likely disconnected or broken and just needs replacing. It is a super cheap part and is relatively easy to install. iFixit doesn't sell them but you can find them on places like eBay for cheap.
続きを読むTry reseating the connections to the display and see if anything changes. If nothing changes, try your old screen. If your old screen works, it might just be a defective new screen. However, if your old screen still does not work, it might need motherboard work. Let me know if you would like to send it in for repair anywhere as I know a few places that would be good. I hope this helps!
続きを読むTry backing up the phone and factory resetting it. Load the phone from the backup and see if anything changes. I hope this helps!
続きを読むThis phone will likely need motherboard work due to the fact that the replacement screen does not work and your original screen no longer works. Try taking off that foam-like sticker around the display connector, take another picture and then upload it. That should give me a better idea if anything important is missing or damaged, which right now I don't notice anything wrong. I hope this helps!
続きを読むTry updating the device to the most recent available IOS version and see if anything changes. If not, backup the phone and reset it. Then load the phone from the backup and see if the camera still lags. If it does, it likely will need a new camera. I hope this helps!
続きを読むThe screen is likely going to need to be replaced. Try opening the device and seeing if the screen connector is corroded, and if it is clean it with 99% isopropyl alcohol. If that still doesn't work, it will need a new screen.
続きを読むUnfortunately the only way to get the screen off when the screws are stripped is just force. Use a plastic pick and see if you can break the metal screw holes that are being held in by the pentalobe screws.
続きを読むLikely a faulty charging port, try unplugging the port and seeing if the logic board still gets hot. If it still gets hot, it might be a motherboard issue. If not, all you need is a new charging port.
続きを読むLikely it is a faulty temperature sensor inside of the phone. Try replacing the wireless charging module and seeing if anything changes.
続きを読むTry unplugging the home button connector all together. If an iPhone 7 home button cable is plugged into an iPhone 8 connector, there will be issues with touch and home button because the connectors are very slightly different. If touch works afterward, I have an idea of what might restore touch function and possibly home button function. I hope this helps!
