Try resetting the SMC on the computer. Sometimes the SMC can affect the MagSafe charger. Hold the shift, control, option, and power buttons for 10 seconds then see if that fixed your problem. If it didn’t, I would get a new MagSafe adapter.
Use this guide to re-attach the button pad. You’ll need a T-15 Security Torx Screwdriver. If the ribbon cable is torn, you’ll need a replacement button pad.
The iPad Mini 2 is an old model and isn’t as fast as new iPads. You can try turning off Background App Refresh in Settings to improve performance slightly. If you’re using a third party keyboard app, try using the original keyboard. If browsing in Safari is slow, try using an ad blocker like Blockbear. Considering the iPad Mini 2 is almost 8 years old, I still think it’s relatively fast.
I don’t have any answer to fix it. Try using an OBD scan tool to diagnose issues. Also, if this happens again, shift the car into neutral, and try to press the brake pedal (you may have to press hard or use the parking brake) until you stop.
You typically can’t just power-wash managed Chromebooks, and reinstalling Chrome OS won’t work as the Chromebook won’t let you sign in to it, kind of like Apple’s Activation Lock. There’s a similar question How can I reset a managed chrome book back to factory, but it requires opening the Chromebook, entering developer mode, and changing the serial number
Have you tried calibrating the new control sticks? In Settings, Scroll Down to Controllers and Sensors, Calibrate Control Sticks, then follow the directions.
