You described flex band simptoms here. You have a worn/damaged/faulty flex band that needs to be replaced. You can make it yourself very easy and it's cheap or you can find faulty phones for spare parts on ebay just in case :) It could as well be just a small problem, like disconnected flex ribbon or loose.

Hello I have the same problem here, I need to find a spare part but I hadn't any luck. Could you please provide me a model to search for on that site or ebay? It seems that I won't find that exact design but I guess that it doesn't matter, all that matters is the number of solder pins (5) and their order.
