The LCD screen may have died, a ribbon cable may (somehow) become loose, or the main board of your phone may be dying.

You can find the part on Amazon and ebay. Unfortunately, that part is not available on this site.

They make flash drives that have a micro USB and regular type A port on the other. Using one of these flash drives should work. Alternatively, if your phone has a SD card, transfer contacts to it and then to a USB drive using a computer.
