You should remove the power cable from your netgear router and wait for one minute. Now plug the power cable back in. Let’s see what color light can you see on your netgear router? Right after rebooting the internet modem as well. Now wait for 1 minute again. If still your netgear router is blinking orange. i will suggest you to factory restore your router and reconfigure it.
