For those who still have the issue after trying the above solution, try clearing your cache partition: With device off, press and hold these 3 buttons at the same time: Volume Up, Home, and Power. 2. When it vibrates, release Power key but keep pressing Vol. Up and the Home keys. 3. When Android System Recovery screen appears, release Vol. Up and Home keys. 4.
