When you connect your phone to your computer you should see an icon to show it's connected. If you pull down the top notification bar you should see the connected message and if you touch it you can change the transfer mode. This will either be an option to use as mass or to transfer files or photos.
続きを読むIn this situation it seems like you will have to balance one of two options. First, and only because the laptop in question is still under warranty, I would recommend to pay to send it back and have them remove the password. This will maintain your warranty, but should be noted you may loose any data on the laptop. Second would void your warranty but you could try disassembling the laptop and disconnecting the CMOS and laptop battery. Once you reconnect these and boot the laptop back up it may clear the password, otherwise it would likely still have to go back to Acer unless some one has another solution. As a service professional I do highly recommend going with the first option, this protects your warranty and ensures that any issues that are covered can still be addressed. User error, like adding and forgetting passwords, sadly is not one of those things that companies can cover.
続きを読むThis issue can be one of 3 things. First make sure all connections between the wall and the laptop are plugged in fully and firmly (Do not apply excess pressure.). If your laptop still does not charge and you find that the plug on the laptop is not firm and wiggly then it's likely the power jack on the laptop that has broken and may need to be repaired at a shop. If the connections are all firm and it still will not charge the issue is likely either the power adapter which can usually be easily replaced with either a manufacturer replacement or a universal adapter. Now if thats not the problem then it may be the charging circuit which is usually part of the main-board, as main-boards are usually a good portion of the cost of a laptop labour aside as it is time consuming to swap out main-boards on laptops, it's generally less cost effective to repair than replace at that point.
