I came across this problem. I do not have a 100% fix but this fixed mine for about two months but I repeasted this and now my PS4 is okay. First make sure the surface it is situated nothing is making contact with the eject button. Next power off the PS4 and unplug the power supply for about 30 seconds. Once plugged back in your PS4 should hopefully be fixed.
I am not 100% sure what the problem could possibly be. What have you tried so far? It could be a possibility that you may have forced the screen down too much? Does it make any charging noise when plugged into a power supply? I would start by testing out the screen on a different iPhone 6 if possible or maybe even just a simple unplug to the battery and then put it back in.
