Jelly Bean 3.4 4.1 or 2 whenever you can I get it to upgrade to a newer version And I have another tablet to an older one because the Verizon model and It can't Can't do nothing on it I tried to reset it and make it work again and it Coming back saying that one wire is broken or something then it's not taking a charge but when you plug the charger into it it charges up. Do I need to send to somebody or can I take it apart myself and fix it Thank you
