go to START, then RIGHT-click mouse on MY COMPUTER/PROPERTIES. In DEVICE MANAGER go to NETWORK CONN or CARD and search for your WIFI card . then again RIGHT CLICK on it and uninstall device. It will ask something about warning bla bla... wont work bla bla. If it is uninstalled restart your computer and let windows install it again, this will be done automatically. When it is installed again try to reconnect good luck
