If your device is powered on but you are unable to connect via Bluetooth, you need to evaluate whether or not your phone has been paired to the speaker previously. If so, you may need to unpair your phone and attempt to pair once more. To clear all pairing history from the speaker itself, hold down the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a tone. If you have never paired with the speaker before, you need to make sure the speaker is in discoverable mode. This is identified when the Bluetooth LED blinks blue. 続きを読むIf you notice your battery status LED blinks yellow after 10 hours of charging or the operating life dramatically drops, you may need to replace your battery. However, if you notice your speaker won't charge at all, you should inspect your charging port for any dust, debris, looseness, warping, or any other form of damage. If this is the case, you may need to replace your charging port. For further information, please visit the troubleshooting page.
続きを読むFirst, check if the sound quality issues occur when you are connected via 1) Bluetooth only, 2) AUX only, or 3) both Bluetooth and AUX connections. If 1), the problem could be due to your phone being too far away from the Soundlink, so try moving closer to it. If this doesn't resolve it, your phone may be overworked, so try closing out of any excess apps and turning off Wi-Fi. If 2), the issue could be with either the AUX cable itself, or the AUX port on either your phone or the Soundlink. Try using a different AUX cable to test this. If the problem persists despite using different cables, it may be a problem with the ports. If 3), there may be something faulty with the Soundlink's speaker itself. This would require replacement of the speaker. For further information, please visit our troubleshooting page.
