My phone is running slowly and tends to freeze up.

To find the latest software update, go to Settings. From the general tab, tap on System Updates. From there, tap Update LG Software. Finally, tap Check for Update. If prompted, follow the steps to install the update. Once the update is installed, your phone's software is up-to-date.
