I'm have worked on this particular laptop plenty of times. The bottom line, Lenovo T-410 Has a poor engineering design. The fan blades are very small unlike 99% of any other laptop brand which causes the fan to stop working once the blades are full of debris. There's no need to replace the fan. All you have to do to fix this issue is to get a can of compressed air and blow up the air ventilation outlet. That takes care of the problem 99% of the times. Ricardo
