Unfortunately this device page is for the Nexus_9, which is only wifi enabled. The Nexus_9 LTE has connectivity with a service provider, and since this device is so new, there really do not have nano-SIM card readers available online for the Nexus_9 LTE. I would recommend contacting HTC to see if you can return your tablet for a new one, if it is covered by the warranty. Best of Luck! Kelsey
There should a repair guide being put up in a couple days for cases when you need to replace the screen. Just hang tight! Also, you can purchase a new Google Nexus 9 Front Panel Assembly to replace your broken screen from the iFixit website by just following the link. If you are still thinking about sending it back to HTC, have you checked the warranty for the Nexus_9? Usually the warranty does not cover damage such as a bad screen, but maybe for this device it does. Best of Luck! Kelsey
