  • Hook the thread behind the small, bent arm where the needle attaches to the machine.

  • Guide the thread, from front to back, through the eye of the needle, leaving a loose end of approximately 10 cm.

  • If the end of your thread has frayed and you cannot guide it through the eye of the needle, snip off the frayed end and try again.

針がミシンに取り付けられている、小さく曲がった針棒糸かけの後ろに糸を引っ掛けます。

糸を手前から裏側へと針の目に通して、約10cm程度、糸を残します。

糸の端がほつれて針の目に通せなくなった場合は、ほつれた端を切り取ってからやり直してください。
