Startup Options

  • Once startup Options loads, you will see any valid startup disks connected to your Mac and the Options menu.

  • To access Safe Mode, select the disk you wish to boot from.

  • Press and hold the Shift key, the Continue button under your startup drive should change to "Continue in Safe Mode." Click it to initialize Safe Boot.

  • Everything after this point mimics the Intel method. You'll need to wait for the device to boot and login.

起動オプション

オプションが読み込まれたら、Macに接続されている起動に有効なディスクと、オプションメニューが表示されます。

セーフモードにアクセスするには、起動したいディスクを選びます。

シフトキーを長押しすると、選択したドライブの下にある「続ける」ボタンが「セーフモードで続ける」ボタンに変わります。クリックしてセーフブートを初期化します。

これ以降の手順は全てIntel搭載Macと同じです。Macが起動してログイン画面になるまで待機してください。
