  • Remove any trace of the old adhesive from the Pixel 2's case.

  • If you're reinstalling your existing display, be sure to remove any remaining adhesive from the back of your display as well.

  • Take special care to remove any small glass fragments.

  • After removing all traces of glue and glass, clean the adhesion areas with high concentration isopropyl alcohol (at least 90%). This will ensure a better seal for the display.

  • If your new display doesn't come with speaker grilles or a front-facing camera bracket, make sure to install those before applying display adhesive.

Pixel 2のケースから古い接着剤の残りを剥がします。

現在使用中のディスプレイを再利用する場合は、ディスプレイ裏側に残っている接着剤も綺麗に除去してください。

小さなガラス破片が残っていないか特にご注意ください。

接着剤やガラスを綺麗に取り除いたら、接着面エリアを高濃度イソプロピルアルコール(90％以上)で拭き取ります。この作業をすることで、ディスプレイを取り付けるための綺麗な接着面を準備できます。

交換用の新ディスプレイにスピーカーグリルもしくはフロント向きカメラ用ブラケットが付いていない場合は、ディスプレイに接着剤を付ける前にこれらを必ずインストールしてください。
