Thanks, William Fickas! I wish I knew this when I bought my 240. Selling their product but not keeping long term customers happy seems to be this company's mantra.
Followed the guide and a spring fell out!? It has 5 turns and about 1" long with a 3/16" loop on one end? I'm thinking that I lifted the wheel assembly up just a bit too high. Any idea where that spring came from? Maybe somewhere in the middle of the assemble? Other than that the guide is perfect! Thank you and keep up the good work!
