What do you do when you strip a screw
I also think I stripped one of the pentalobe screws,one came off the other was a problem from the start. How do you deal with a stripped pentalobe screw?

Just as a note; some iPhone 4 handsets came with Phillips screws from the factory for the first few months of production before migrating over to Pentalobe.
