Use this guide to replace the kickstand for your Surface RT.

    • Turn the tablet over so the screen is facing down.

    • Pull up on the bottom corners to open the stand.

    • Remove the stand by unscrewing the two 5.08mm T5 Torx screws located on the left and right sides.

    • Gently wiggle the stand until the lever in the middle is free, releasing the stand.
