You may be having a problem with your Micro SD card if you are experiencing difficulty sending or receiving texts, indicating that your memory is full.

Insert fingernail into the slot on the back left side of the phone and pry open.

Remove faulty battery.
The battery is missing from our device, however, it would be located in the section in-between the fingers.

Locate Micro SD Card Slot.
In our device shown, there is not currently a micro SD card in the device. However, it would be located in the slot where the finger is pointing.
