DJI Mavic Pro Upper Shell Replacement

This set of instructions will guide you through the replacements of the DJI Mavic Pro Upper Shell. You will need to remove the battery first in order to remove the upper shell. Before you begin, you should be aware that the plastic can end up slightly damaged when removing the shell.

    • Grab both sides of the battery.

    • Pinch the releasing buttons on both sides of the battery.

    • Lift the battery up and out.

    • Remove the six 5mm 1.5 Hex screws by turning the screwdriver counterclockwise.

    • Remove the two 4mm 1.5 Hex screws near the gimbal case by turning the screwdriver counterclockwise.

    • Remove the two 5mm 1.5 Hex screws near the gimbal case by turning the screwdriver counterclockwise.

    • Remove the two 5mm 1.5 Hex screws and two PH000 screws that are under the panel pieces by turning the respective screwdrivers counterclockwise.

    • Flip the drone back over so the upper shell is facing up.

    • Pry off the upper shell with a nylon spudger.

    • Be careful when prying with the spudger because you could damage the upper shell's plastic tabs.

Well done, good instructions - are the two screws under the tabs shorter than the others from the shell?

Awesome descriptions were perfect except for saying there is 4 acres to be removed under the tabs behind the gimbal. Theirs only 2
