In this step we will be removing both dials on the front of the mixamp. This is mainly to reach the internal portions of the mixamp.
WARNING: The dials may be stuck or very difficult to remove. This requires a great amount of strength or a spudger to pry it off.

Remove the dials using either a metal spudger or your hands. Be careful as the dials may be difficult to remove.
