If your Arlo Ultra 2 fails to hold a charge or fails to charge at all, it may be time to replace the battery. The battery provides power for the security camera when used wirelessly.
Before beginning this guide, turn off the device and remove the charger.

Press the button on the bottom of the camera to release the housing.

Pull the white housing off the camera.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Hi @lorenadmartell, According to the Arlo website, the A-4A (white) battery is compatible with the Arlo Ultra 2. The part number (PN) may vary slightly depending on the retailer, but the key is to confirm that it’s either an A-4A (white) or an A-23 (black) battery.
It appears the batteries are currently out of stock on the Arlo site. However, you may be able to find compatible options through other online retailers. While I don’t have a specific link to share, I recommend choosing a battery from a seller with strong customer reviews to help ensure quality and compatibility.
