The Sega Mega-CD Karaoke is an add-on for the Sega Mega Drive (Sega Genesis) that released in 1992 exclusive to Japan. This device requires the Mega-CD (Mega CD) to function, and adds microphone input and mixing, pitch shifting, voice cancel and echo to the Mega-CD karaoke abilities.
