The IBM Model M is an extremely high quality keyboard, which was released first in 1985, with the IBM 3161 terminal. Later, it was included with the IBM PC XT, the PC AT, the PC XT/286, and the PS/2 series of computers. These keyboards responsible for the modern 101/103 key layout, and famous for the legendary buckling spring switches. IBM stopped manufacturing these keyboards in 1999, but a small american company, Unicomp still manufactures these keyboards in the same factory, with the same tooling, with the same design. Thanks to them, you can still buy these fantastic keyboards today, brand new. Further reading: https://deskthority.net/wiki/IBM_Enhance...
