The GuilKit Elves 2 Pro has a few known issues. There are two major ones: the first is the number of issues regarding its cross-compatibility capabilities, despite being marketed as cross-compatible. The second concerns the Bluetooth polling rate, which is also lower than advertised. While the polling rate when connected is quite good, the Bluetooth polling rate was significantly less than what is advertised as 170hz.

GuilKit Elves 2 Pro has 3 distinct variations that can be sold: a white controller, a black controller, and a controller that is clearer, which is a smoky gray with patterns on it. Although there is no brand marking or model number, all of these variations harbor the same button layout. When facing your controller, the D-pad should be on your left, and mirroring it on the right side should be the A, B, X, and Y buttons. Both the left and right sides should have joysticks symmetrical to each other with a colored wifi icon between them.
