Background and Identification
The DJI Phantom 4 Advanced is one of the 4th generation drones in the DJI Phantom drone series, released in April 2017. It can be identified by its model number: WM332A. Model number can be found near the UPC code on the product box.
This generation features a locking propellers versus the self tightening one from previous generation. It has a forward obstacle detection sensor capable of object detection up to 33 feet. It has one of the longest flight time at 30 minutes and one of the most advanced imaging technologies of any commercial drones.
