The newest edition to the Braven speaker line (as of summer 2020) is the Braven BRV-XXL/2 large portable wireless speaker. This model is notable for its battery life. The speaker can run at 50% volume for about 18 hours. The BRV XXL/2 also has a 100-foot Bluetooth range and is, of course, IPX5 water-resistant, meaning it can withstand low-pressure water spray. The BRV XXL/2 is, according to Braven, 40% more powerful and 20% louder than the previous BRV-XL model. This means it is optimized to transmit audio through large outdoor spaces.
Braven speakers vary in shape, but many models are rectangular or cylindrical. Braven speakers are portable and all include some form of handle. All models have the Braven logo printed on the exterior, usually on the top. Braven speakers come in black, gray, dark blue, and red.
