Paper won't feed
Everything works...process completes but paper does not feed to be printed. The process moves all the way through except for feeding the paper to be printed on. Ink cartridges move into place, the paper feed turns on, but paper does not advance, the i can hear it printing.
@cathystanley when you say "process completes" I wonder what completes if it does not feed the paper. Give us more information about that.
