trying everything to see about getting it up.by holding both buttons down then up on the driver's door control, then doing the same with the passenger door with no luck trying do the same thing.

@andrewjbenner so are you saying that the passenger door window does not go up either by door switch or the master switch on the driver door?

I’ve had this issue. Goes up with the passenger door window switch. But not the master driver switch.
Any thoughts?

@stuartwhetsell bad master switch? Have you checked that out yet? Your car the same make and model as for the OP?
