It doesn't stop rebooting.

The problem started 2 years ago when i got a sudden message that my Windows license has expired and then it started auto-repairing to show a blue screen that says there has been an error while fixing the system and it gives me the option to restart the laptop (which leads to this exact screen) and to reboot the system and install Windows again (which i have been doing for the past 2 years). The problem is that after everything is done after a couple of days of it working properly (with a Windows license and all) suddenly a blue screen with a sad face comes up and says there has been an error and the whole process starts all over again. I've had a professional take a look at it but he just did what i did (put a Windows in it) and after a couple of days it had the blue screen again. Can someone please help a girlie out with this because I'm starting to crashout.
