My computer's button is not working

once I power it off it not start by button I have to unplug and plug the power supply

I changed the power button also and not starting. not starting by short circutting also

and I recently changed the CMOS and battery and a new problem appeared that my bios setting is not saving I tried all methods but its not working Please helpppppppppppp My pc model dell optiplex 9020

@muhammadib63523 "changed the CMOS" how did you do that and how are you doing "not starting by short circutting" this? Give us more detail.
