Do you have a PC repair shop nearby? Maybe it's best to take it to them. With so little to work from it's anyone's guess what the problem it here.

It could be a number of things. First, check if the power cable is securely connected and if the outlet works. Try a different power cable or outlet just to be sure.

Are there any lights showing on the motherboard (or PC case when you try turning on the PC?
