Freezer won't cool
I replaced the start relay, it will run for up to 2.5 mins before it sounds like aniverride clicks off. What next should I look for?

What is the full model number of the freezer?
Asking because if there's a faulty part that needs replacing, there are 5 models beginning with FUF21DL i.e. FUF21DLRAWW → FUF21DLREWW and according to this supplier some have more parts than others.
Here's the mini manual for the freezer that may help.
Run the Service Diagnostic functions as shown by the manual and check if any error codes are being shown.
If there are and a faulty part is the problem and needs replacing, select the correct model in the supplier link above and then locate the wanted part number is the parts list. Note the manufacturer's part number that is shown with the part and then search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
If you search on YouTube for (insert wanted part number) replacement, sometimes if you're lucky, you'll find videos on how to replace the part.
