Xbox One S startet nicht

My Xbox One S won't start anymore. The issue appeared suddenly without any external influence.

Error description:

When I press the button, the button lights up, and it beeps as usual, but then nothing happens. Normally, the fan should start, and the Xbox should boot up.

You can repeat the process endlessly, but nothing happens.

Steps checked and actions taken so far:

• Replaced the power supply (installed a new one).
• Tried a different power cable.
• Completely disassembled the motherboard and discovered oxidation on the copper edge on the back. This was carefully sanded off, all rust spots removed, and the entire board cleaned. No short circuits or missing capacitors detected. (I'm considering covering the copper edge with a thin layer of solder, but I couldn’t find any interruptions so far.)
• Checked and repaired the hard drive using a computer, as Windows detected errors. (Later I learned you shouldn't do that but however the failure started already before)
• Tested with another hard drive. (1tb HDD formatted with XBOX HDD Tools script)(you hear by clicking the start button that the HDD gets shortly power)
• Ordered a new fan in case it's defective and preventing the Xbox from starting.

Does anyone have any other ideas why the Xbox won't start?

Hallo zusammen,

Meine Xbox One S startet nicht mehr. Das Problem trat plötzlich auf, ohne äußere Einwirkung.

Fehlerbeschreibung:

Wenn ich den Knopf drücke, leuchtet der Knopf auf und es piept wie gewohnt, aber dann passiert nichts. Normalerweise sollte der Lüfter starten und die Xbox hochfahren.

Man kann den Vorgang endlos wiederholen, aber es passiert nichts.

Bisher geprüft und unternommen:

• Das Netzteil wurde ausgetauscht (ein neues eingebaut).
• Ein anderes Netzkabel wurde verwendet.
• Die Platine wurde komplett ausgebaut, und auf der Rückseite wurde Oxidation am Kupferrand entdeckt. Diese wurde vorsichtig abgeschliffen, alle Roststellen wurden beseitigt, und die Platine wurde vollständig gereinigt. Es wurden keine Kurzschlüsse oder fehlende Kondensatoren festgestellt. (Ich überlege, den Kupferrand mit einer dünnen Lötzinnschicht zu überziehen, aber bisher konnte ich keine Unterbrechung feststellen.)
• Die Festplatte wurde am Computer überprüft und repariert, da Windows Fehler erkannt hatte. (Später habe ich gelernt, man sollte das nicht tun. Aber wie auch immer, der Fehler war ja bereits vorher da.
• Eine andere Festplatte wurde testweise eingebaut (1 tb HDD formattiert mit XBOX HDD Tools skript) (Man hört bei drücken des Startknopfes auch, dass sie kurz Strom bekommt)
• Ein neuer Lüfter wurde bestellt, falls dieser defekt sein sollte und die Xbox dadurch nicht startet.

Hat jemand sonst noch eine Idee, warum die Xbox nicht mehr startet?
