2 Triggers and joysticks not working properly
I let my friend play on my console while I was gone and came back to my controller not working right, while testing I've noticed the only function of the controller that don't work is L2 and R2 and both Joysticks are stuck moving bottom right no matter what and all troubleshooting options haven't worked to solve it
What you are experiencing with the joysticks is "drifting" which is a wear and tear of the joysticks which can be replaced. The L2 and R2 buttons could be a different issue, which you would not know until you open up the joystick.
There is an option to test the buttons on the Xbox if you got o Settings>Devices and connections>Controllers and headsets>Click the little Lab flask icon and it will show what buttons you press
Alternatively you can try and update the controller by selecting the 3 dots and cluck update if available.

The controller was fine the day before, and both issues popped up at the same time, and since I can't move the joysticks I can't reach that far into the menu

Has the controller been dropped? Are you able to take the back and front cover off?

He said it was a "light drop" but I can't promise anything. I took it apart and noticed two of the supports on the back cover are damaged
