If you connect an external display to the system does it also show these faint lines?
So moving back to the internal display problem: This is a display issue within either the display cable and its connector on the logic board or the display itself self has liquid damage so the signals are leaking across the lines (noise).

No it does not but seems like there were different colour issues whn I did
@eire72667 - what do you mean a different color issue? Can you take a picture and add it to your post so we can see it as well.
So the colour on the screen is off when I connected to a monitor, a minute I k ow has no issues. Is it the macs GPU?
@eire72667 - if it’s as you are plugging in the Display, that’s the monitor trying to find the sync for what the two can agree to. In addition, if you just turn on the display on after it’s already connected that too needs to find its common sync. So that’s normal! This is more common on displays which offer quite a few resolutions. As far as the GPU, there is no independent graphic services like an AMD Radeon GPU. Here this system uses the integrated graphics (Iris Plus) within the CPU logic.
OK so after taking it apart the flex which goes from the board to the screen, the silver part on it (port) has a dent on the back but the port connection part looks ok
