My tablet is pulling apart from the front & back seems like the glue isn't holding I tried clipping back together by spring clips did not help stick it together. Please help with suggestions or where to get it fixed or if it's worth $$ to fix it?

Looking at the Verizon Ellipsis 7 Battery Replacement guide, you can see that it is held together by latches rather than glue.
It pulling apart is most likely not due to glue failing in this case, but due to a bloating battery. You could take the back cover off and check the state of the battery, then look for a replacement and decide whether it's worth the cost.
