Hello community i'm about to switch my screen since i broken installing a new shell. The orignal LCD Flex Cable that was inside my steamdeck could i just leave there and not replace it ? While using this new screen

As long as it was not faulty, then it shouldn't be a problem. But it's nice to have a brand new cable if your new screen came with one. Functionally though, you could leave the existing cable and be just fine.
