The keyboard looks relatively clean but the arrow keys seem stuck. I am unable to type using the number and letter keys because the arrow key, while not pushed down, seems stuck "on" so that it continually selects whatever options are on a screen. Right now I'm stuck on the windows log in screen watching it select and move from each input option on thr screen.

Hi @jayelliott, you may have already done this, but have you checked to see if your OS and everything has been updated recently? It could be the keyboard drivers need to be updated. Just to be on the safe side, you should also make sure you don't have a computer virus or malware. You mentioned that the keyboard appears clean, but those keys could have something stuck that aren't visible. This guide from another community member might be helpful. The video they posted has some good tips on cleaning the keyboard. If neither of those work, you may need to open up your device and replace the keyboard. I hope one of these suggestions helps.
