Hi @omarkhames

Playing games on a PC places a lot of stress on the CPU as it has a lot of work to do, more than if you're just surfing the Web.

This causes it to heat up. Normally the fan speed is regulated to remove the heat so that the CPU operates within its designed operating temperatures. The hotter the CPU gets the faster and louder the fan is.

You need to check that the fan is clean and that the vent is not clogged etc, preventing the heat from getting out as quickly as it should.

Also the thermal paste on the CPU most probably will need refreshing as over time it dries out and this reduces the heat transference rate from the CPU to the heat sink and then to the fan.

Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.

Go to p.61 and p.70 to view the procedure to remove the fan and heat sink assembly respectively, so that the fan can be properly cleaned and the CPU thermal paste be refreshed.

Here's the ifixit 放熱グリスの塗布方法 guide that may also help.
