Why won't my phone charge or turn on?

For awhile or 1-5 days my phone hasn't really charging and every time it had a sudden movement while charging it won't work. Now my phone would charge if I moved it very carefully but yesterday I let my charge overnight with the battery being around 10%. When I woke up this morning my phone was unresponsive, I had just assumed maybe it didn't charge and ill change the cord and come back to it later. Evey time I happen to come back to my phone it won't turn on. The most it shows is that when its plugged in its charging or when its not, has the low battery sign. Its been about a coulpe of hours and I can't use my phone, what can I do?
